Ratafia de Champagne : The Tradition
The Ratafia de Champagne is a specialty of our terroir, crafted through stopped fermentation with the addition of alcohol (marc de Champagne, brandy, and fine Champagne).
This process results in an 18°C alcohol with rich, generous aromas of candied fruits and caramel, fully respecting the Champagne appellation.

Aromas & Gourmand Flavors
At the sight: An amber hue, often slightly golden, with reflections of ripe grapes, promising aromatic richness.
On the nose: Rich and generous aromas of fresh grapes, candied fruits, and caramel, complemented by subtle hints of nuts and pastries.
On the palate: A smooth and balanced attack, supported by the natural sweetness of the grape, with a slightly spicy finish marked by notes of dried fruits and a touch of light alcohol.
The Winemaker's Aperitif
Traditionally served as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with foie gras, blue cheeses, melon, or fruity desserts. It can also be enjoyed as a digestif after a meal.
