Maison Bauser:
Between heritage and tradition

Three towns, three churches, three appellations, three reasons to come and see us.

Discover the family history of Maison Bauser, located in Les Riceys, in the heart of the Côte des Bar in Aube. This unique territory in Champagne benefits from three appellations: Champagne, Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux Champenois. Since 1975, René Bauser and his children have perpetuated complex know-how, from harvest to bottling, to create exceptional champagnes and wines.

René

Founded in 1975 by René Bauser, born to a French father and a Belgian mother, Maison Bauser is anchored in the Riceys region. René passed on to his three children the passion for authentic Champagne and mastered know-how. In 2000, his children, Sophie, Frédéric and Sébastien, took the reins of the company, each bringing their unique expertise.

Sophie

Frédéric

Sébastien
