Intense aromas and flavors
In the eye: A clear robe, with a vibrant golden yellow hue, adorned with fine and consistent effervescence.
On the nose: A complex nose, with fresh notes of white and yellow fruits, notably mirabelle, accompanied by subtle hints of fresh lemon.
On the palate: The attack is lively and fresh, marked by a beautiful minerality, followed by nuances of crisp apple and yellow lemon, offering a clean and elegant finish.
Vinification and Aging
This cuvée is a pure Pinot Noir from the 2020 harvest, vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness of the fruit.
It undergoes 48 months of aging on the lees, which gives it great complexity and a silky texture. The malolactic fermentation was carried out to add a touch of roundness.
Dosed at 2.5 g/L, it was bottled in March 2021.
