Our Rosé des Riceys, made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested in 2018, is a wine of character that will perfectly accompany grilled meats, fish and cheeses. Its ruby color reveals a clear and intense dress.
Fruity aromas and flavors
The Rosé des Riceys seduces with a complex nose with aromas of black cherry and liquorice. On the palate, it offers a beautiful structure with flavors of cherry and blackcurrant, providing a rich and elegant taste experience.
Winemaking
Bottled in 2019, this wine was vinified in stainless steel vats and oak barrels. The semi-carbonic maceration, lasting 4 to 6 days, gives our Rosé des Riceys its unique depth and complexity.
