Rosé des Riceys :
A wine of rare and exclusive character

Once prized by the kings of France, this Rosé des Riceys stands out both for its rarity and its 4 to 6-day maceration process, which gives it intense red fruit notes and a structure worthy of great wines for aging.

Fruity aromas and flavors.

Visually, it displays a clear and intense ruby robe with luminous reflections.

On the nose, it offers complex aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and spicy hints of licorice.

On the palate, it has a full and silky attack. The structure is balanced between fruitiness and freshness, with a beautiful length and notes of gentle spices.

Vinification
& Aging

Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the 2018 harvest, this Rosé des Riceys benefits from a semi-carbonic maceration of 4 to 6 days, which brings out its full aromatic richness.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, and bottled in 2019, it acquires beautiful complexity and a refined balance.
