Intense aromas and flavors

In appearance: A beautiful salmon-pink hue, bright and supported by fine, persistent effervescence.

On the nose: A complex and seductive bouquet, with indulgent notes of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, accompanied by floral and spicy undertones that add depth.

On the palate: A crisp and invigorating attack, supported by refreshing acidity that perfectly balances the sweetness of the red fruits. The finish is long and elegant, with a beautiful harmony between fruitiness and minerality.

Winemaking
and Aging

Harvested in 2019 from the Boudier parcel, this cuvée is a maceration rosé made by prolonged contact between the grapes and their skins for 4 days.

This process allows the delicate aromas of Pinot Noir to be released, resulting in an elegant rosé hue.

After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 48 months on lees and was dosed at 4g/L, developing exceptional aromatic richness and complexity.
