Balanced Aromas & Flovors
Appearance: A clear, radiant gold hue, enhanced by fine and consistent bubbles.
Nose: An aromatic bouquet blending fruity and woody notes, with an elegant hint of apple and white fruits.
Palate: A crisp and lively attack, revealing a full and complex structure, where dried fruit, delicate wood, and smooth tannins intertwine.
Blend and Vinification
Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, with 70% from the 2022 harvest and 30% reserve wines (2019, 2020, 2021).
Bottled in 2023, it is vinified in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation to preserve the pure expression of the grape variety.
Aged on lees for 24 months and dosed at 8g/L, it boasts a harmonious and well-balanced structure.
