To the eye: A salmon-hued robe with brilliant reflections, enhanced by fine and consistent effervescence.

On the nose: An intense bouquet with notes of red berries, strawberries, and raspberries, complemented by hints of stewed fruits and subtle spices.

On the palate: A smooth and indulgent attack, where red fruit and confectionery aromas intertwine, leading to a fresh and delicately structured finish.

Vinification & Aging

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, this champagne draws its complexity from a unique blend:

73% blended Pinot Noir combined with 17% Rosé de macération and 10% Coteaux Champenois rouge.

Bottled in March 2021, it is vinified in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation. 

Its 34-month aging on lees and precise dosage of 6.7 g/L provide a beautiful harmony between structure and freshness.
