Brut Nature : A Parcel of Excellence

This exceptional cuvée, free from sulfites and with no dosage (0 g/L), is a 100% Pinot Noir made from a blend of the same parcel’s harvests from 2012, 2013, and 2014, bottled in 2017.

Its extended aging gives it exceptional complexity, developing aromas of honey, brioche, and candied fruits.

On the palate: A crisp and lively attack, followed by beautiful complexity with flavors of citrus, honey, and candied fruits, supported by silky tannins and an elegant finish.

Winemaking
and aging

Exclusively made from Pinot Noir from the 'Les Crieux' parcel, this cuvée was vinified in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation for a smoother texture.

Bottled in 2017, this champagne aged for 84 months on lees, developing a rare aromatic richness and complexity, with no added sulfites.
