Excellence: an airy, powerful and elegant vintage
Our Excellence vintage, made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested in 2019, is perfect for an aperitif or dinner thanks to its precise dosage of 2.5g/L. Its beautiful, regular effervescence and fine bubbles reveal a golden yellow color, clear and bright.
Intense aromas and flavors
The Excellence cuvée is distinguished by a complex nose, revealing aromas of white and yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, with flavors of foie gras and grilled toast, offering a powerful and refined taste experience.
Vinification and aging
Bottled in March 2020, this cuvée was carefully vinified in stainless steel vats, with aging on lees for 48 months. This process gives our Excellence a harmonious and elegant structure, ideal for lovers of powerful and sophisticated champagnes.
