Brut Rosé: a vinous and tannic vintage
Our Brut Rosé cuvée is a unique blend of 73% Pinot Noir, 14% maceration Rosé, 9% red Coteaux Champenois and 4% 2020 Chardonnay. With a precise dosage of 6.7g/L, this champagne is perfect to be enjoyed on all occasions, from aperitif to dessert. Its fine bubbles offer an elegant effervescence, and its brilliant salmon color catches the eye.
Delicate aromas and flavors
On the nose, the Brut Rosé reveals a rich aromatic palette with notes of red berries, strawberries, raspberries, stewed fruits and spices. The touch of sweetness adds a gourmet dimension. On the palate, the red fruit flavors blend harmoniously, offering a delicious and refined taste experience.
Vinification and aging
The bottling of our Brut Rosé cuvée took place in March 2021. The vinification was carefully carried out in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for 36 months. This process gives our champagne a complex and balanced structure, ideal for accompanying a variety of dishes.
