Diam's: a rare and refined grape variety

Our Diam's vintage, harvested in 2014, is composed of 50% Pinot Blanc, a rare grape variety, and 50% Chardonnay. Perfectly suited to seafood, this exceptional vintage has a natural dosage of 2g/L. Its bright, light yellow color reveals a creamy and persistent mousse, thanks to its many fine bubbles.

Refreshing aromas and flavors

The Diam's cuvée is distinguished on the nose by fresh and delicate aromas of candied lemon, white peach and white flowers such as hawthorn. The attack is lively and develops in the mouth with pastry and honeyed notes. The finish is rich and balanced.

Vinification and aging

Bottled in 2015, this cuvée was vinified in stainless steel vats and aged on lees for 108 months. This long maturation process gives our Diam's an exceptional complexity and finesse, ideal for lovers of rare and sophisticated champagnes.
