On the nose: A fresh bouquet dominated by aromas of candied lemon, white peach, and white flowers such as hawthorn, bringing finesse and elegance.
On the palate: A fresh and lively attack that evolves with delicate notes of pastry and honey, offering a rich and perfectly balanced finish.
Vinification & Aging
Harvest: 2014, this cuvée was vinified in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation for a smoother texture.
Bottled in 2015, it then aged for 108 months on lees, developing great aromatic richness. Its light dosage of 2 g/L preserves its natural balance and purity.
